  • Breakfast: egg salad, two slices of Delightful wheat bread (1 pt.), and milk

    Snack: Light string cheese (1 pt.)

    Lunch: tuna salad, 17 Light Ruffle chips (1 oz., 1 pt.), baby carrots, milk

    Snack: graham crackers (thanks for the idea, Angela!) (1 sheet = 1.5 pts)

    Dinner: beef tips, broccoli, SF/FF cheesecake pudding with strawberries

    Have already had 32 oz. of water as of 9:15, so water consumption should be good today, and I'll do my 30 minutes of Gazelle during AI results show.

    s--popcorn/vanilla pudding (sf/ff)with 2 pts of vanilla wafers and a banana
