i always hear people say things like "nothing but veggies are completely free" but i was just wondering about diet soda? It says 0 calories 0 carbs and 0 fat, so does that mean, i could drink say 3 a day and still count it as nothing?

Diet sodas are also always 0 points. When people make that statement they are referrring to food like Cool Whip Free where 1 serving is 0 but if you have 2 or more then it adds up.
