Does anyone else find that they wake up craving every kind of food?! I think that the morningis the worst time for me. I am the most hungry in the morning, and want the most food! is it okay to eat alot then? does anyone else have that problem?

When I am like this the first thing I do is drink a large glass of water quickly. It fills up my stomach and gives me time to make a better breakfast for myself instead of raiding the snacks
