I just realized that eating two donuts and two muffins can be over 1200 calories. That's kind of scary, because it makes me realize just how much I used to eat in college!! I had a really bad food day the other day, and I tallied it up and it came out to about 2000 calories (I usually eat 1200-1500), which is about the amount needed to maintain, if not a little more. The thing is, I used to eat much more than that every day! No wonder I put on so much weight!

Anyway, I'm doing well so far today and I can tell my body is getting rid of all the crap I fed it over the weekend. I realized that with my normal eating, to get to 2000 calories I'd have to eat like usual for the entire day, and then eat a big cheeseburger with fries on top if that!
My eyes have been opened, and I'm going to try to be good this week and weekend.How's everyone else doing?


How are all of you ladies (and guys if there are any out there) doing? I actually am very happy with my weight loss for the first time since I started in March. I went down 3.5 pounds. That's a record for me ever. I think my weight is compensating for that awful plateau. How did all of you do this week??
