Hey All..
Just wanting to know if any of yall might know some good exercises to help tonethe Love handle,and upper leg?.. seem to be having the most problems with these areas.. all help is truley appreciatted.

... Work your legs a couple of times/week for a while to see what happens... I've also lost a lot of inches on my legs and butt since I've been running ....
