She did us! Suzanne, Amy and I bought the Make The Connection video and watched while we wept. We felt so inspired!

I love looking at photo shoots of her in magazines, she is always beautiful and natural. She looks truly healthy and happy, and not fake. I have her picture on my desk right now from the Oscars this past year. She is in a gorgeous champagne gold dress that looks great on her, and she looks downright sculpted!

Man...I cried my eyes out on this video as well. There were two parts that really, really made me burst into tears-because I have BEEN there and experienced those things:

~When she talked about walking into an event with Stedman-and here she was rich, famous, with a gorgeous man-and she heard some women talking about her and saying something to the effect of "She may have everything, but she STILL has a fat ***".

~When she talked about trying to find something to wear for the Emmys I believe it was...and being worried about being nominated-hoping she DIDN'T win because she didn't want to "walk up there". And then her train of thought when she was walking up there-going through it all in her mind. (Not wanting to walk up there too fast because her butt would move too much...and so forth.)

Man...I was crying like a baby.

I haven't seen the video but i did watch her show about her weight loss tips earlier this month and was very inspired. I recently went and bought Bob Green's new book. I just started my diet and joined this site yesterday. Are any of you following his diet?

I'm not following the diet, but I have read Phil, Bob and Oprah and I try to incorporate some of it into my daily plan. Dr Phil sure hits the nail on the head sometimes!
