Goals: Week of May 15th

  • My goals last week:

    1) push-ups, sit-ups and resistance bands 4xpush-ups x4/sit-upsx3/resistance bands...still can't find them!!!
    2) gym 5xGoal Attained
    3) No second helpingsGoal Attained
    4) No chips, cookies, candyCookies 1x
    5) Snack only on fruits and vegetablesGoal Attained


    Another 3 lbs gone!!! C-YA!!


    Goals for this week:

    4) No chips, cookies or candy
    5) Snacks must consist of healthy/lo-fat items

  • GOALS FOR THE WEEK 08/05
    1. TRACK. Carry that little notebook everywhere if I have to - went ok MOn - Thurs, then it was my sister's birthday... excuses excuses
    2. 5x exercise (at least 30 min cardio) - done, including 6km run the morning after my sister's birthday party (and all those cocktails
    3. ONE glass of wine (that's ONE, not any more than one) x 4 this week - Aww look let's not mention how badly I went on this goal.

    OK, different tack this week. Obviously my current approach isn't working too well and I need some 'wins'.
    GOALS FOR THE WEEK 15/05
    1. 5X exercise
    2. Drink 2l water every day
    3. No wine before 8.30pm Sun-Thurs
    4. No sweet snacks
    5. Track
  • My goals for this week..(1st week setting goals)

    1. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day
    2.Excerise at least once a day(some form of excerise)
    3.Take at least a 5 minute break every 3 hours to stretch.
    4.lose 1 pound this week!
