TGIF! Friday menu, 5/13/05

  • Well, just because it's Friday the 13th, I won't let that scare me off plan!

    b: 2 scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, glass of milk
    l-1: baked potato with FF sour cream and cheese
    l-2: cup of black beans with jalapenos and chopped tomato
    d: roasted chicken, salad with FF 1000 Island, milk

    And a lot of water. I didn't get it all in yesterday and even though I exercised, I was up a pound this morning. Probably from all that eating yesterday!!
  • b: malt o meal, banana, milk
    l: LO pizza casserole, salad, milk
    s: graham cracker
    d: LO lemon chicken, corn muffin (pts), some veggie, milk

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with 3/4 cup skim and 1 med banana cooked in

    Lunch: Farina made with 3/4 cup skim, about 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Smart Balance light, splenda

    Snack: Chocolate Cherry smoothie (1 cup skim and 2/3 cup frozen black cherries)

    Dinner: Salad with 3-4 Tablespoons FF honey dijon, about 8 ounce steak (NY strip or filet mignon), baked potato with FF sour cream, veggies with 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Smart Balance light

    Snack: SF/FF banana pudding
  • B: ff plain yogurt with splenda anda banana
    L: LO cornmeal chicken tenders & fries
    S: 1/2 orange, apple, cauliflower
    D: Shrimp creole
  • Lucky Friday the 13th...ha ha ha

    Breakfast: 1/2 chocolate cakey donut!....decaf w/light cream

    Lunch out: 1/2 fattouch salad (olive oil dressing), 1/2 small pizza on whole wheat crust: artichoke, goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes - very yummy! Diet coke.

    Snack: coffee w/cream

    Dinner: dare I eat anything? Don't feel like cooking either - maybe some soup or some eggs/omellette and early to bed!
