I'm new to the 3FC website. I'm trying to lose 35lbs for many reasons but mainly just to feel heathly and active again.
I've been "trying" to lose since last year, but I have to be honest...I have NO discipline whatsoever
. So...I'm desperately working on that. My husband and I just purchased a treadmill and so far I've been pretty faithful with that. I just need to work on making more healthy meals.
