If you could time travel to anywhere and any time, where all would you like to go?

No question, first I'd go meet Jesus

Then I'd want to go hang out with Jane Austen to see what it was really like.

I have an interest in WW2 era and how it was for the women in America, so I'd perhaps visit my grandmother and her baby my father.

I wouldn't want to live in any of these times though.

Thats a tough one for me b/c I don't like to travel LOLOL !!!

I have two (hey I'm allowed )

1. I'd go back to 1983 - the year b/4 my Dad passed away. I'd give him so much more love and hugs.

2. I'd go back to January 11, 1998 - I'd fly to California - thats when my sister first went in the hospital. It would be a chance to see her one more time and to tell her how much I loved her (before she unexpectedly passed away).

yeah that was sweet Leenie Reminds me how blessed I am to have my parents still. Trying to learn to love them better now, be more forgiving, let the imperfections go.

Sorry didn't mean to upset you all. I am very blessed and I realize it more and more each day. Life is Good !! God is Good !! never forget that.

I know this is yesterday's question, but..

I would go to 1968 to hang out with my dad when he first got back from Vietnam. He was in Memphis when King was killed, Chicago during the convention, etc, etc. What a whirlwind year. I'm a history grad student,and obessed with that time period.

I guess I'd like to go back to last summer when my Dad was ill. Gee... it was only last summer... seems like forever.
I wish I'd spoken more with my heart instead of head. But neither of us were good at that, and I think he knew (knows) how much I love him, so maybe we're covered.

I hope you guys don't mind me browsing and cutting in.

I would go back to when I was 11 years old. I wasn't overweight then. I could do a lot of things differently and ASK FOR HELP back then when I needed it instead of working things out when I'm almost 40 and still struggling! I would tell people that it wasn't OK to treat me like crap.

LMC that does sound like an interesting time, scary too.

Tashabella, your so right, its wasn't right for people to treat us unkindly, but now that we know it (and I mean WE) we gotta try to let it not ruin the remaining years of our lives, right? One thing I always say to my DD who is 3 1/2 and believe me, she understands is to have a happy heart. If she says something negative about some one I look at her and say happy heart, happy heart and I explain. When we think and talk from our hearts it makes us happy people and happiness that pours out of one person always effects others. (actually I am learning this along with her lol).
