Does anyone know how I can add photos to my private messages and in the forums. I wanted to document my wt loss.

Hi Kelly, welcome to 3FC

There are two ways to add photos to your posts. You can attach them by uploading them to our server, or you can link to them if they are already somewhere on the internet, such as Photobucket.

If the images are already on the net and you want to link to them, you can do it using "image tags" that will display the image based on a url. This post will show you how to do it: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/misc...bbcode#imgcode
