But I have to say this, give yourself credit for making progress with the other two issues, and what ever you do, don't let it beat you down. Thats my biggest mistake, if I'm not perfect at all three, diet, exercise, water, I tend to let my negative feelings about what I'm not doing well destroy my efforts in what I am doing well. Gee....does this make sense, I can't write very well lol.
