Just wanted to say hi!

  • Started counting calories and exercising like a mad woman about 2 weeks ago and 15 pounds fell off. I'm sure it was water weight and a nice way for my body to say "thank you" for finally picking myself up and doing this. For a while now I have been driving myself crazy because there was nothing in this life that I really felt passionately about (besides my husband of course). Then it hit me like a ton of bricks...I will be my new passion!! I am bound and determined to get back to the weight I was 10 years ago!! I am not giving up and I am not going to beat myself up if I slip every now & then. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully become a part of this community.

  • I started at 220lbs. now I'm 205lbs. goal is 130lbs. I'm trying to figure out how to add that little weight tracker thingy to my posts. thanks for the welcome!! I appreciate all of the support I can get.
  • I forgot to say what I do for exercise...sorry!! I take a spin class at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I swim laps in my pool at least five days a week (at night). I take a strength training class on Tuesday & Thursday. I lift weights at home almost every night. And that's about it.
