    Hey everybody. Tomorrow is Bamie's knee surgery.
    My thoughts and prayers will be with you, Bamie, as you have your surgery tomorrow. I'm sure that everything will go beautifully and I hope that you will be pain-free very soon. I'm sending you good-healing vibes : Keep the ice packs on hand

    Bamie, my prayers are with you and will especially be so tomorrow. What time is your surgery (if you know)? Then we can pray extra hard right at that time. I know this will go super well for you and you'll be hopping around, tee-heeing in no time!

    RUTH! Are you going to go ahead with surgery? I guess at this point, you must be more than tired of the pain...and with all the stuff you do, you don't have time for your knee to slow you down!

    Thanks Chicks! Y'all are the best! Well not real sure what time he will get to me! lol They have uped the time for me to be there from 8:30 to 9:30ish. Surgery should start 2 hours after that. Depending on the cases ahead of me. So about lunch time I am guessing. I just hope that he finds something to fix or else that means it's all nerve damage and who knows if or when it will ever heal up! Ruth..I'll let ya know about the pain and recovery! lol Thanks again y'all it really means alot to me.

    I hope you get this post, I will definitely be thinking of you and sending prayers your way. Good luck,soon you'll be walking a couple of miles and we will "kick" this weight loss into high gear.

    Ok sister - you can do this. Just remember - no Darvasett on an empty stomach. Shots are better.
