I know, I know...yet ANOTHER thread, right? Seriously if no one minds, I'd like to start a thread to keep me counting my calories. I know it seems a bit obsessive but I REALLY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE for my calories. Now, I know many of you don't count them and that's totally fine, but I need to or else I'll pig out. I need to get into a rhythm....
So, no one has to join me, but at the end of every day I am going to post how many calories I ate...not what I ate, that's too time consuming and I'll never stick with it

...just the calories....if any of you are counting things like ww points or fat grams, that's cool, join me in my obsession.
