Susie.....Yesterday was the dawn of a new month and today is the beginning. I don't know about you but I sure want to make it count. It sounds like you had a really good day yesterday and you gave yourself a treat. Taking a nap would have not been the thing for me to do in order to get rid of food off my mind. When I wake up, that is the first thing I want to do. Glad it worked for you.
Ok I'm setting a goal for myself too. I want to reach 284 pounds by the 26th of may. That is only 2 pounds per week. Make it a good start for the month everyone.
