    Well most of us have a big struggle on our hands the next few days to stay on our programs, with all of the family get togethers the next few days BUT we all can
    feel a little comfort knowing that we are not alone in this....
    Also remember..
    you can still have a little dessert if you want it just watch the portion sizes and be good to yourself, You are worth fighting for!!!

    You are right. I have to stay on plan today. I was way over yesterday. But I have a birthday party/picnic to go to today also. That is going to be hard for me. But I will really try and not throw in the towel yet.LOL

    You have a great day and watch what you eat. You are doing great.

  • I 'm with you.This long weekend will be filled with temptations.I just got my laps done early .That way no matter what I had done something today.This is my day to get all errands done etc.Will check back in later.

    I just wanted to let you know how I did today. Great! I was so proud of myself. I made some changes and it paid off.
    I went to the party and I didn't have any ice cream there wasn't any there.LOL But I didn't have any cake either. I was going to bring a pasta salad and changed my mind. Instead I bought the boxed scalloped potatoes with only 100 cal per 1/2 cup and 1 gram of fat. That was a much better choice and it filled me up. So much so that I didn't eat dinner.
    I ended with 31 1/2 pts for the day. That is good because when I figured the calories before for 2 different days that is where I need to be to get the calories I need to lose this weight supposedly. But I did have an apple tonight and that is in with that count of pts for the day.
    So I am so proud of me and I also did 1 hour of my aerobic exercise tape this morning and drank my 64 ozs of water.
    We are having a picnic here tomorrow and at my mom and dads on monday. I can't wait for this weekend to be over with that is for sure.
    Anyway I picked up some ff beans to put in the crockpot for tomorrow they are like the B&M baked beans. So I thought that would be a good choice. If we are going to continue to have picnics then I am going to start making stuff I can eat that is going to fill me up. I can't get full on the pasta salad and I don't like macaroni or potato salad. So tomorrow because it is going to be raining again we will have the picnic in the garage and in the house at my parents. But I am making the scalloped potatoes tomorrow also. So I am prepared and I am going to exercise everyday this long weekend to so that I can keep ahead of it so I can hopefully have a loss this week. If I do then I will get a pin. God knows I haven't lost all month only gained so that is the only way I will get a pin this month.LOL It is depressing to get nothing. I got a pin last month for arranging the open house because I didn't have any losses last month either. But I am changing that. I keep pictureing that picture I have hung up around her in my mind which is good because it is working to help me stay focused. I also left the room today when I had had some chips so I wouldn't eat any more. I didn't have many at all and was proud of myself. I could have eaten a lot more.

    Enough about me,

    Eleni glad to hear that you are still doing your laps. That is great. How is your plan going this week? Do you still plan to eat the frozen dinners for 3 nights? That seemed to really work for you. I hope you are having a great weekend and staying on plan also.

    Sounds like you are getting it together also and you will have a loss this week I know you will. You are determined and you will do the work. You have what it takes. If I can pass up ice cream and not go get some and pass on cake that is right in front of me and everyone eating it then you can do this to.LOL

    I hope everyone else is doing well. Remember everyday you stay on plan gets you closer to your goal. I have to remember that one also.
