I don't know about the rest of us, but I've kind of worked down to eating smaller amounts. In the beginning, I'd have 3 meals and 3 snacks. As I got smaller, my appetite (and stomach) did too, and now I only usually have 3 meals and an afternoon snack.
I guess that my body is smaller and more efficient now, so it needs less fuel? Don't worry so much about amounts and comparing though, because we're all different, especially our metabolisms. Just listen to your body - if you're hungry, eat. When you're full, stop.
And, I have to say, pre-TOM, all bets are off. I'm a raging eating beast!!
