b: brown rice pudding (much more successful this time), milk
l: leftover smothered chicken and barley, pear, milk
s: apple
d: Core spaghetti, green beans (breadsticks for the family), milk
b: granola bar (non-core)
l: turkey sandwich on ww, veggie beef soup
s: applesauce
d: lean burgers w/soy cheese (no bun), potatoes, green beans, maybe a salad too
s: popcorn or pudding or something! such boring snacks!!
