Marvelous Monday Menu, April 25, 2004

  • It's my 9th anniversary today!! (I just remembered that this morning. Suppose I should do something for dh? )

    b: brown rice pudding (much more successful this time), milk
    l: leftover smothered chicken and barley, pear, milk
    s: apple
    d: Core spaghetti, green beans (breadsticks for the family), milk

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Egg beater omelet with Borden's FF cheese slice and ketchup

    Snack: Peach smoothie made with skim

    Dinner: Mixed field greens salad and Core Lasagna

    Snack: SF/FF White Chocolate Pudding

    Breakfast: lf cottage w/strawberries, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch: matzo ball soup, 1 slice gefilte fish, coleslaw salad (also brought a hb egg just in case!).
    1 apple

    Snack: sf/ff yogurt

    Dinner: roast chicken, roasted potatoes, brocolli

    Snack?? maybe decaf low fat cappuccino?

  • Trying to hang in there - 4 pm and I'm STARVING!!!

    Just having my hb egg and found a sf/lf peach passionfruit smoothie in the fridge so having that too!

    More water on the way home, then a mad dash for the leftovers!
