  • Monday morning. 20 minutes of wt training. Should get 3 mile walk in tonight.
  • wow....30 mins on the gazelle this morning
  • Sunday- 30 min of the firm
    Monday- out of commision
    Tues- 30 min firm and 20 min walk dvd
  • Monday-- Walked 3 miles

    Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • 30 mins on gazelle today
  • wed- 30 walkblaster
  • 31mins on gazelle this morning....holy cow....thats 3 days in a ROW!!!!!!

    grabbed an extra 15 mins this evening for a grand total of 46 mins today
  • Thursday- 45 min watp for abs
  • 31 mins on the gazelle


    call the press...im logging 4 days in this week!!!!
  • Thursday-- 15 minutes stretches, 34 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

    Friday-- Walked 3 miles.
  • day 5: drumroll pls........30 mins on gazelle this morning!!!!
  • Yesterday, I got in 14,971 steps.

    Today, Saturday, I got 13,172.

    Boy am I beat! I walked all day! But the festival is over, and went well! yay!
  • 30 mins on gazelle.....i do believe that is a personal best for me ladies ... a grand total of 6 days on the gazelle this week

    Friday - day off ( did get some mowing in though over at my folks)
    Saturday- day off
    Sunday - 40 min watp for abs
    10 min upper body weights
