    Lunch: Pasta salad with tuna

    Snack: Chocolate banana or peach smoothie

    Dinner: Core Sticky Chicken and Core Cheesy Rice, mixed greens salad, and green beans

  • Hoo boy, I have no idea but this is the plan (besides a gallon of water):

    B: nothing. Got up too late and it's nearly lunchtime
    L: not hungry. See a pattern here?
    D: have pork chops thawing, so I'll probably have one with a salad
