I'm in the same boat as you! I have been in a snacking mood all day.
I have gained 100 pounds since I got pregnant 6 years ago. I'm a single/divorced mom of 6 year old twins boy and girl. I have a hard time saying no to tempations. I also have problems breaking my fast food habit. I'm very busy and its so much easier to stop by the restaurant and pick something up. I know one thing I need to do is sit down and write out a weekly menu/plan. If you are ready and committed, lets do it! I really need a weight loss buddy!
