chat with Dr. A

  • Hey, all--

Don't know if it's been posted here yet or not, but Dr. A is scheduled for an online chat tomorrow night hosted at www.prevention.com . It starts at 8:00 pm EST, but you have to register beforehand. Anyway...fyi.
  • Is it memebrs only? South BEach Members, I mean.
HAven't seen you for a while, Fuzz. Is everything OK? Your tracker looks great.
  • Ditto what Ruth said! (You can't up perfection!)
  • Thanks, Fuzzy! I think of you everytime I feel my hipbones (I found them last month! ). How are you doing? Congrats on ONEderland!!!
  • Hi, again--

Ruth, from what I understand, you only have to register for the chat on the prevention site (no charge), and there's no requirement to be an SBD online member.

Thanks for the compliments, ladies. The ticker was stuck and making me crazy for about a month, but I've been back on Phase 1 for a week, and the scale finally budged! I think I had been letting too many trips to my coworker's chocolate jar trip me up, so I decided that maybe some detox would do me good, and it did. Laurie, my hipbones actually protrude now...lol! Also, I mentioned a while back that my sister and her husband started SBD, and they are doing great! It's been great motivation

Things at work have picked up quite a bit recently, so I don't have much time to check the site these days. When I get home, I'm exhausted, and the last thing I wanna look at is the computer.... You work at a college or university, too, right, Laurie? Is April usually awful for you at work? I've worked at this college for almost 5 years now, and every April is just horrid. Too many deadlines are hitting at once. Anyway, I'm just trying to take it one day at a time without taking it out on poor DH... He works across town at another university and is going through the same April crunch that I am.
  • For those who are interested, here's a link to the transcript of the chat from earlier this week:

  • Thanks Fuzzy!
  • Thanks, Fuzzy! We miss you, hon... so glad you and your sister and her DH are doing well!
