Beans, I'm sorry to hear that about your back! I hope you feel better soon! It's good to give your body a rest every so often anyway, so I'm sure once your back recovers you will be back better than ever.
I had a good and bad weekend. It was good because I got to see some of my family (it was my grandma's 90th birthday) and because I finally bought a pair of size 10 jeans! But it was bad because I ate soooooooo much crap. I also had to skip my workout yesterday morning b/c I had to be at school early to do a presentation, but I made up for it this morning so I guess it's okay.
My weight was up 2 lbs this morning!

I think it's just water retention due to that time of the month . . . and maybe since I've been running farther I'm adding muscle on my legs too. Despite the scale going the wrong way, I was encouraged this morning because I wanted to wear a skirt, but all the skirts I pulled out of the closet were too big!

I guess I have an excuse to buy new clothes -- too bad I can't afford it! Friday is measuring day, I'm hoping my waist will be under 30 inches but I don't think I'll quite make it.
Goals for this week:
Eat right!
Exercise more!
