Hey girls! I was wondering if there are any chicks here that are doing the WW flex plan. Im 21, 5'2" and 163 lbs down from 175 lbs. Im trying to lose 50 lbs all together. I would really love to be at my goal by my 22nd birthday on September 12th. We'll see.
My daily target points is at 22. I have heard that you should eat all of the flex points so that when you start to plataeu, you can just go back down to just your daily points. So, Im eating 27 pts per day.
Anyone want to buddy up??
