I've been doing WW for about 11 weeks now and have lost 11 pounds with 15 more to go. I'm giving Core another try after quitting it last time because I didn't lose in my first week. I think it can work if I give it a fair chance this time.
I was wondering if anyone else out there allows themselves a "free" day once a week or once a month? I'm thinking of trying it so that I don't feel so deprived and risk just quitting altogether because I miss pizza or chocolate chip cookies!
It seems like staying OP for 6 of 7 days would still be effective, especially if I don't go totally crazy on my free day!! Any thoughts or opinions from those of you more experienced?Thanks!

But I have still lost 5 pounds in the 2 weeks because I am trying to be really good during the week. I guess it really depends on your body and what you are trying to accomplish. I want to stop cheating so I can reach my mini-goal next month. We'll see. 

Guess the stress in my life just got to me, but I am trying to get on track now. At a minimum I am getting on the bike so I can do some damage control with the activity pts. I hate it when I screw up though.
