I've lost 20 pounds in 2 months, and I've been pretty much stuck there lately, but something must be working. I measured myself when I first started dieting (2/16/05) and again last week (4/13/05). In that time, I've lost:
1.50" on my biceps
0.75" on my forearms
2.25" from my chest
4.75" from my waist
2.50" from my hips
2.75" from my thigh
1.00" from my calf
The best part is that I know I didn't fit in a smaller size just because it was a different manufacturer. I bought the same style and same brand, just in a 16W instead of a 20W.
My next goal is to get out of the W sizes completely.
I'm so pround of you. I can't wait until that happend so me. I'm still in my same old pants and they are still tight. I think once I hit the 20 pound mark they should be loser. who knows.
but after I had finally dropped down into the 150's I tried to wear a choker necklace that I bought at the shore when I was 240. It barely fit when I was 240 and now it hangs around my neck (an extra inch or two too loose to wear
). Since you're tracking inches anyway, you might want to check out your neck measurements once in awhile too
