  • Monday- 1 hour hefty walk!
  • Monday-- Walked 2 miles.
  • 45 min walkblaster with weights
  • Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles.
  • Got off my duff and walked this morning. 1.28 miles according to my new pedometer, which I finally took out of the package and set!
  • Wednesday-- Walked 3 miles.
  • Monday- 4 mile WATP
    Tuesday- Taught a very sweat-drenching workout at church. Cardio using the step for about 50 minutes followed by body sculpting
    Wednesday- 3 mile WATP
  • Walked for 30 minutes - 1.78 miles according to my pedometer!
  • Thursday-- Walked 2 miles

    Friday-- Walked 3 miles
  • wed- nada
    thursday- 30 min watp for abs
    friday- day off
  • Sunday- 35 mins on the gazelle!!!! first exercise ive done since last sunday
