Back from a 2 1/2 year hiatus.....

    I can't believe I haven't posted since 2002!!!! What on earth have I been doing??? Gaining more weight, that's what! BUT, my sister is getting married in October, and she needs a buddy for losing her weight, and by golly, I will do it! For her and for me. So, wish me luck everybody, because tomorrow is day 1 and I know it'll be a doozy, because I've had a zillion day 1's before and the headaches, etc. are usually enough to make me quit by the end of day 2. So, encourage me please! Remind me the pain will go away, and that nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!

    Day1 is ending with a headache as forcasted.... But I think it's more from work stress than my eating habits. I've been a good girl today, and I still have enough room to have a little yogurt for dessert Woo Hoo!!

    That's excellent! Good work! I've done better than expected as well, and am just heading out for a walk in a few minutes.

    No headache today! I had to work 2 1/2 hours overtime too, and when the gang did a soda run... I declined!! yay me! I am sooooo addicted to cola!! Anyway, I'm still on task and feeling good about it.

    Rock on Sara! I'm so proud of you for walking! That's pretty far on foot if you ask me.... It's starting to get warm here in Florida, so I'm not keen on walking outside too much. It's also hard because I have a 7 year old and a 4 year old (she turns 5 on Monday). We live in an apartment and the street is somewhat busy with cars driving too fast, etc. I have a stationary bike I should be riding, but I haven't done it yet this go 'round. I'm concentrating on sticking to it for a full week before adding anything extra This is almost the end of day 3, and I have to say I'm HUNGRY!!!!!! *SIGH*
    Stick with it Sara, you can do it and you are awesome and beautiful, so keep that smile on too.
