I'm new to the board (look for my introduction post on the "Buddy Up" forum). I'm on my second week of Phase 2 and am doing pretty good so far. However, I have noticed as of late when I eat a large salad that my stomach is upset for several hours afterwards. It's not as if I'm going to get sick, but more of an indegestion feeling. I've tried taking Rolaids, but they don't seem to help much. Perhaps it something in particular in the salads? (Perhaps when I eat dark green lettuce?) Anyone else have this same problem?
Also - when I did Weight Watchers about 3 years ago, I allowed myself ONE cheat meal a month (not an all-out pig fest, of course - but not obsessing about what I eat, either). I never went over that and found myself looking forward to planning on what to do with that meal. I've been too scared to try that on this diet as of yet - does anyone else do something similar?
