30-Something's Goals For The Week Of April 17th!!!

  • Ok...here we can post our goals so we can be held accountable!!!

    1. Drink 32 oz water per day
    2. Minimum 30 minutes on the treadmill daily
    3. no chocolate--ok AF is here so small amount

    That is all...I want to accomplish them all!!!

    3. Make it through my dentist appt. tomorrow night!

    Great idea for goals.
    Okie,
    1) Run 3X this week and do elliptical twice
    2) Abs twice
    3) 64 oz water

  • Ok, first time setting a goal on here, but here goes...

    1) drink gallon of water a day-yep, already doing it so that should be easy
    2) Work out w/the Firm 4 times this week
    3) Stretch every night w/ weight balls.
    4) pray, pray, pray

    Well,
    I did run 3 times and I did the elliptical twice.
    I did abs twice (and the only reason I did them at all was because I put them on this goal list!)
    Water...probably ok.....Very close if not even over.


    Food was awful this week! Too much fast food , finishing the kids' food , sweets for no good reason other than that they were there! Sigh. I think I know my goal for next week!
