Serene Sunday Menu, April 17, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade appesauce

    Lunch: Mixed field greens salad and Core Chicken Fried Rice that I didn't make last night because of the roofer

    Snack: FF Cottage Cheese and Peaches

    Dinner: Farina

    Snack: SF/FF pudding
  • Okay, after a little encounter with Cheetos last night, I'm back on track...

    b: malt o meal, banana, skim milk
    l: leftover meatballs w/barley, salad, milk
    s: apple
    d: leftovers!! Will probably have sausage rice skillet from last night, some veggie, milk

  • You guys are so good...I am without self control.
    b: cereal w/ ff milk
    l: going to a friend's house, she is making fajitas...will try to just eat the chicken, veggies, and beans
    s: need to make some food for the coming week, so will probably nibble while I cook
    d: ham w/ potatoes (try again!), veggies, salad
    s: try to have nothing since official w/i is tomorrow!
  • Breakfast: SBD toasted wheaties cereal w/milk, 1 banana

    Lunch:?? probably egg or tuna salad w/cut up veggies

    Snack: ff chips, diet pepsi, fruit (might take this to the park w/me!)

    Dinner: Broiled salmon, baked potato, brocolli & carrots
    yogurt, pineapple

    Snack: popcorn if hungry
  • B: two eggs, grits, water
    L: WATER -- we're going to the ballgame
    D: moved last night's shish kabobs to tonight: steak, chicken, shrimp, squash, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, grape tomatoes -- can't wait!! YUMM!!

    I got a bottle of Diet A&W Root Beer to try. If it's good, I'll try again to give up the morning coke.

    And BTW, I'm on day 2 with no coke and day 3 with no beer and we just decided to go to the Rangers game this afternoon. Need another
  • B - puffed rice and milk and banana
    L - mexican tofu/egg scramble with fried potatoes
    S - pudding
    D - shrimps and veggies
    S - fruit
