I'm a DC-aholic. I drink about 6 or 7 a day. I drink about 100 ozs of water as well, but I have read a lot of things that lead me to belive that the 'ol DC may not be aiding in my weight-loss efforts. Actually, I first started REALLY gaining weight when I was in my 20's and started drinking DC.
I love it. I really do.
But I am wondering, has anyone ever quit it and noticed a difference?
And does anyone wanna try and go cold turkey with me?



Still do, as a matter of fact and I'm coming up on my third anniversary of reaching goal.
about drinking more DC. Maybe I can do commercials for DC??
