  • b: malt o meal, strawberries, milk
    l: mixed beans & turkey ham, pear, milk
    s: apple
    d: French Farmhouse Garlic Chicken, salad, milk

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

    Lunch: Farina

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Chipotle Chicken Chili bowl (points for cheese), guacamole, and brown rice added at home.

    Snack: Popcorn
  • Breakfast: Not hungry

    Lunch: WW spaghetti with tomatoes and mushrooms, SF jello w/ FF Cool Whip and strawberries

    Snack: celery with pimento cheese

    Dinner: making black beans in the crockpot, not sure what else will go with them. Probably fish.
  • B - cottage cheese and fruit salad with some cream of wheat on the side
    S - fruit
    L - squash soup and Ry-Krisp (points)
    S - yogurt
    D - bean burgers with corn and cauliflower
    S - Not sure

    L: L/O Texas cowboy stew, spinach and mushrooms
    Forgot to bring a snack today
    D: Smothered chicken and barley
    S: Kiwi fruit
  • Big old breakfast: egg mcmuffin, hash brown and coffee w/cream

    Lunch: stir fry chicken & veggies, pineapple & strawberries

    Snack: yogurt

    Dinner:??? going to a meeting tonight and a gf wanted to go out for dinner before - but I don't want to do that - dd at a friend's house and I want to pick her up before I go to the 7:30 meeting - and feeling a bit down today so don't want to feel pressured to be sociable and chatty (which is very atypical froufie behaviour)

    Just realized there might be food at this meeting tonight?? Will definitely eat a good dinner so no temptations present - there may be fresh fruit and defiitey coffee or tea so I will stick to that!
