I was on track for a bit and lost about 7 pounds but now I have at least 5 gained back if not more. I'm afraid to step on the scale.
I am going to ask no tell the BF to give me a kick this evening. I have to get back now before I gain and go back to my heaviest. I know I have the potential....
Anyway, wish me luck and hopefully this time next week I'll be down that 5 pounds again.....
