No food after 9:30 pm for me - I have to fast for my physical tomorrow morning.

Hoping for a better turnout this week.

I will try to stay away from that. Plus I did WATP 1 mile today. I know 1 mile isn't much, but for someone who has never exercised regularly it is a start. I'm trying to do it everyday.
