My advice would be have a buddy or friend weigh in with you each wek to keep you accountable. Or you could join a TOPS support group. It is a wieght loss support group that is cheap and you can follow any healthy eating plan(kind of like this web site but with a real scale!!!) It keeps youon track when you know that you have to face a scale.I know I am atops member doing ww points at home!! Good luck and remember if you believe you can achieve.
Congratulations on getting started. My best advice is to make the internet your friend. There are a lot of great websites out there with advice, recipes, etc. Besides this site and the weight watchers site, try Dottie's Weight Loss Zone for points for many popular restaurants (dwlz.com) and aimeesadventures.com for recipes. Feel free to join us on the weekly weigh-in at home thread.
