Hello everyone, I am not sure if this is the right forum to intro myself, if not please forgive me and direct me to the correct place. I have been on core for a month and have lost 12 lbs. so far, I was not sure if I could do the core program, I am very obsessive compulsive about food and I usually on a diet would NEED someone to tell me when to stop(points). but, it is working out great so far, I am a recovering chocoholic, and cannot have just ONE, luckily, my 2 boy's (age, 1 and 5) don't eat junk food, hubby either so...... I cannot but it or i am in TROUBLE!! Anyway, i have been lurking here for about 3 weeks and have gotten some really great tips and recipes, and i want to thank all of your for that!! My secret is I roast a huge cookie sheet of veggies every Sunday(I work at a flea market, very cheap and great veggies) so I eat them for my snacks... It has really changed my eating habits, which is great, i don't think i have had a veggie for about a year before this . Just wanted to say hello and thank you for all your ideas and support!! talk to you all later.
