Atkins/Zone Bars

    I'm on phase 1 of the diet and wanted to know if the atkins/zone bars are okay to have.

    They are not allowed. There are some new SouthBeach Approved bars by Kraft but you really would do best to avoid bars if at all possible.

    Thanks for the info. I don't think we have any SBD food up in Canada, so I'll just avoid the bars.
