  • b: shredded wheat w/banana, milk
    l: last of the three bean salad, pear, milk
    s: apple
    d: taco salad (may use pts on a tortilla), corn, milk

    NO POPCORN
    (I didn't have any last night! )

  • Feeling extra crappy today due to lack of sleep!

    Breakfast: 10:30 am - none yet except cup of decaf w/light cream - time to forage and find some yogurt or something?

    Lunch: homemade Froufie soup (beef/barley/veggie)
    Fruit salad (strawberries, canteloupe, grapes, pineapple)

    Snack: fruit or yogurt

    Dinner: broiled hamburgers, potatoes, squash, brocolli
    sf/ff jello

    Can't even stomach drinking water right now! UGH!

  • Another extra crappy person here. I have a cold now, little feverish and my throat is RAW. I slept maybe 15 minutes before the alarm, and 2 hours after it went off, so I got to work late which puts my eating schedule all out of whack. But ...

    B: Honey nut cheerios and skim milk, banana
    L: Lean Cuisine that's just broccoli and steak tips
    Sn: WW carrot cake
    D: More homemade chicken/corn soup and probably a small salad

    And ... sigh ... lots of water.
  • Sorry you folks are feeling under the weather.

    I'm having a good day so far, pretty much eating the entire morning

    B: 1/2 large banana & corn bread (yep, still getting up too late for breakfast!)
    S1: 1/2 banana
    S2: 1/2 Chocolate chip cookie (2 pts)
    S3: 1 stuffed cherry tomato - they had a food day at work and these little tomatoes are killer! stuffed with mayo, bacon and onion -- yummy. Thank goodness they're small! (3 pts)
    L: LO shrimp fried rice
    S3: 1/2 chocolate chip cookie & ff soy decaf latte (2 pts)
    D: LO pumpkin posole
    S: Strawberry-kiwi pie

    Off to a small coastal town for 5 days. Yay! lots of time to cook and a big kitchen to do it in.
