Sebray, I got tickled reading that you had to push that last 20 minutes, most of the time it is the last 10 minutes. Congrats for hanging in there and finishing.
Monday- Total Body Workout(Body by Jake, Strength Training)=45 minutes(uses weights, lunging, squats, etc..)
Tuesday- getting ready to leave now...church exercise class. Think I will do a workout based on the WATP workout, using light weights in with the walking moves,etc...probably 50 minutes cardio followed by some body sculpting
2 hours of water aerobics last night, with our new kick *** instructor! My knee is still giving me some problems, but both of them are stronger and doing much better on land
got my 30 mins in yesterday (only cause i was so mad at kevin that i exercised while we fought hehe) only 10 mins so far today but im thinking about working outside for awhile this evening
