help with points

  • hey there im new to ww but i have been told two different points amount that i should have.... so a few questions.....A....how do they calculate the points. And how many should i actually be on... im a 20 year old female that is 215lbs looking to lose 65lbs

    i've been told 22 points a day and 27 points?!

  • If you are following the WW FlexPoints Program this is the points:

    If your weight right now is:
    less than 150lbs 20points
    150 to 175lbs 22points
    175 to 199lbs 24points
    200 to 224lbs 26points
    225 to 249lbs 28points
    250 to 274lbs 30points
    275 to 299lbs 31points
    300 to 324lbs 32points
    325 to 349lbs 33points
    350 pounds plus 34points

    Also you get 35 FlexPoints a week. Use them any way you please. You can divide them evenly over the week, or spend them all on a weekend splurge. Or don't use them at all. Once the week is up these points are up. You can not bank them into the next week.

    POINTS = (Calories/50) + (Fat Grams/12) - (Fiber Grams<capped at 4>/5)
