Hi Molly, I am a night time snacker too. I do fine all day, then at night, watch out! I am trying to get this undercontrole and the only thing that I have found that works is planning ahead what I'm going to eat. Making good choices on snack foods is a little difficult but it can be done. I'm 56 and most of the people I see here are much younger. Maybe we can give each other encouragement. My e-mail is
