Fabulous Friday Menu, April 1, 2005

  • HAPPY APRIL EVERYONE!

    Breakfast: Farina made with skim

    Lunch: Chunky Ham and Bean soup; edamame

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

    Dinner: Salad, ww pasta with marinara, some kind of veggie

    Snack: SF/FF pudding or Candy Apple
  • b: shredded wheat, banana, milk
    l: leftover white turkey chili, pear, milk
    s: banana or strawberries
    d: ?? Dh and I are going out someplace inexpensive. Maybe Subway salad?? I'll be good, I promise!

  • B: Two egg quiche

    Sn: string cheese, a little bit of roasted chicken

    L: 96/4 HB patty with FF cheese melted, SF jello

    D: Roasted chicken, salad with feta, strawberries, balsamic vinegar

    Lots of water
  • B - oatmeal w/skim milk
    coffee (1pt)

    L - baked tostitos (2pts) Wasted those points they were yuk!
    salsa
    1 cup CORE potato soup
    crackers (2pts)

    S - ricotta cheese with pineapple

    D ???

  • Breakfast: 1/2 c cottage cheese w/pineapple
    decaf w/cream

    Snack: 1 apple

    Lunch - italian restaurant: honey glazed grilled salmon on a bed of mixed greens w/balsamic dressing! (YUM) and one LARGE slice of sourdough/black olive bread w/olive oil/balsamic vinegar dipping sauce! Feeling pretty stuffed!

    Snack: have some strawberries here and probably a cappucino from coffee place?

    Dinner: homemade soup

    Trying to drink more water this afternoon as I was out most of the morning and did not drink as much as I should!!!

    S - popcorn and pop
    D - beans and rice and avocado
