  • Tomorrow Is Day Three At The Gym.may Not Sound Like A Lot But I Gotta Start Somewere.oh,yeah I've Cut Way Down On My Eating And Sodas Drinking (and No It's Not Diet Soda Either )only Had Two Today As Opposed To 5 Or 6 Or More And Two Glasses Of Water From Zero.i'm Happy With Myself.thanks To Everyone Who Has Given Advice Or Made Sugestions.
