  • Hey, I'm just posting to say hello to everyone. I'm glad I found this website, it seems like a very user-friendly place, and the recipes look good.

    As for dieting, I'm mostly trying to eat better and exercise more. It helps that I have a real life "diet buddy", my mom. I lost 20 pounds last summer, but I'd like to lose another 8-10 before summer. I've already told myself that if I do, I'll splurge and buy a nice bathing suit!
  • Hi! I am in the same boat as you. I want to lose about 10-15 lbs before summer too and I am having the toughest time getting started. How are you planning on doing it? I need some ideas. I need to stop eating everything I see! That is one of my biggest problems! Maybe we can help each other keep motivated?

  • That's how I gained weight. I started eating everything in sight. lol Now I'm the biggest I've ever been, and summer is so close. I hate it. Good luck!

    Hi guys! I'm new and was just checking out the site and I feel like I'm in the same place as y'all. Well, kind of. My problem is that I don't really know when to stop eating. If it is there, I will eat it.

    I can't see your messages now, but I'm actually a certafied personal trainer and I know pretty much all there is to know about getting back in shape, and I'm MORE than excited to talk about it and offer whatever tips I can. My problem is that I know what to do, but I have trouble doing it myself. I gained 58 pounds after treatment for an eating disorder, what I basically did was eat all that I could and then I didn't get very healthy habits.

    Anyway, mostly I just need a place that I can go to where people can understand what it feels like to just not be able to stop eating. Hopefully we can talk about it together and all devlop a healthy relationship with food and exercise that we can have our whole lives! Are you intereasted?
