I just have to say that I continue to stay so encouraged by coming to this board. I have been on several message boards, including 3FC's boards for WW and other diet plans, and have never really seen people reach their goals and talking about really healthy stuff.
When I did WW, all I ever noticed is trying to get around point values and eating anything just to stay in those points. You can eat anything, but not necessarily healthy stuff.
I felt just as listless and unhealthy as when I was eating regularly when on WW. Of course, I would eat a happy meal about 3 days a week, cause you could. I ate very few veggies and thought I was being healthy cause I was drinking like 50 gallons of water a day.
I just find it so encouraging that we all really care about what we put in our bodies, as opposed to just trying to lose weight and eat whatever we want. I am not having any trouble sticking to this and I have found that I crave healthy meats, nuts, veggies and cheeses and not the nasty, dangerous sugary carbs.
Yeah, it actually works!

It's amazing to me, and I know it's truly something I can do for life. Today is my 11 month anniversary, and my desire to stay OP has not waned.
