Finally Friday Menu, March 25, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup chunky homemade applesauce

    Lunch: Not sure yet. Lunch out for GF's BDay. I'm thinking Norweigan Salmon and asparagus and maybe a side salad. Have checked out the menu online and just need to find out how some stuff is prepared when I get there.

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

    Dinner: Bowtie Pasta with ground sirloin. Core Hamburger Helper but don't tell my Hubby cause he won't eat that! Also having a salad, especially if I don't have one at lunch. Fresh green beans.

    Snack: Popcorn because I didn't get any last night!
  • B: boiled egg (Eggs Plus Omega-3 egg), 1/2 cup strawberries
    Sn: yogurt
    L: pita with turkey, cheese, avocado
    D: going to a Thai restaurant with a friend; I have no idea what to have except I'll try to stick with chicken and vegetables
  • b: shredded wheat, banana, milk
    l: leftover Egyptian rice, pear, milk
    s: apple
    d: cola chicken, green salad (w/ranch - points), milk
    s: popcorn
