I am a Vermonter just trying to get started on this site. I am a 37 year old stay at home mom originally from Massachusetts. I moved to Vermont and got married in 1996. In 1998 I had a baby girl. People always talk about how children keep them running all the time but I've found that I slowed down. Being in Vermont hasn't helped to pick up the speed either so I chose to eat and feel sorry for myself for 7 years. Now at 230 lbs. and hardly able to do anything anymore, I've had enough! I bought the South Beach Diet book ,did some homework and I'm going to start the program.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Can someone tell me how to put that scale at the bottom of the page?
