Ok - So I am new to the whole forum thing and find that I am lost - but hope to figure it out soon. I started the core plan about 5 days ago and am feeling REALLY bloated and yucky in my stomach. I am not sure if it's because my body is getting used to eating different foods or if it's not used to my new eating style - all I know is that it's annoying - anyone have any ideas? This is killing me.
