Needing Advice - My body is acting funny

  • Ok - So I am new to the whole forum thing and find that I am lost - but hope to figure it out soon. I started the core plan about 5 days ago and am feeling REALLY bloated and yucky in my stomach. I am not sure if it's because my body is getting used to eating different foods or if it's not used to my new eating style - all I know is that it's annoying - anyone have any ideas? This is killing me.
  • I don't know what the core plan is, but I hear that if you start eating a lot of fruits and vegetables (esp. raw) and you usually don't, that can cause gas. So maybe you could try getting beano or gas-x or something? If this is the reason, I think your body will adapt eventually.
  • Can you give us an idea of the things you are eating now versus what you used to it? How much have you changed your diet?
  • I sometimes get this way when i start eating a lot of fiber. It will pass... drink lots of water!
  • I have done the WW core plan in the past and experienced the same problem. It will pass. A lot of people recommend beano to get you through it. You will find TONS of core info on the weekly points allowance board on the WW site. The WW boards on here should be very helpful too. It's very normal.
